"My goal in starting the Personal Training sessions was to regain my mental balance and improve the quality of my life.
Struggling with the depression for many years I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, help me to release the everyday stress, overcome the periods with the low mood and in the end strengthen me to resign from medicine support.
Working with Andy met all of my expectations as each of the session is always adapted to my mood with a full understanding that in some of the days, even tough physically being capable, I am not able to do intensive exercise and rather need a session that requires a focus and concentration to ease my mind.
