Varied techniques - each can contribute to reduced mental stress 
 
Mobility stretching exercises are a great way to de-stress the mind. The body releases internal tension, allowing the mind to release tension too. 
Rhythmical movement, such as kettlebell swings can increase the heart rate which improves blood flow giving a sense of positive energy. 
Physical activity can help stimulate a sense of mental distraction by un-focusing the mind
